Managing Director Ms Monica Amarnath is wholly responsible for the operation of the business, and is assisted by strong and a professional team comprising of CEO, General Managers, Branch Heads and a dedicated team of Deputy Managers, Officers and staff.

Training

Training is the bedrock of skill- sets that enable our workforces to deliver productivity, in support of our client- partner's goals. Towards this end, Black Berrets has set a shining example by fully aligning its training with the National Occupational Standards (NOS) prescribed for the Private Security Sector and ratified by the Security Sector Skill Development Council.

All organizations today realize that human resources are critical for their success. Although many guards may spend their entire careers without ever confronting a large scale emergency, the threat of its occurrence, requires compliance with the laid down training standards. We, therefore, emphasis that all personnel recruited by us undergo the pre-assigned formal training as laid down by PSAR Act.

Accurate & achievable objectives are the key to successful training. We ensure that subjects covered provide security guards/ house-keepers with a sound basis to deal with their job responsibilities.
